Muara Nauli Resort

Muara Nauli, a district town in the south of Lake Toba, precisely Muara District of North Tapanuli North Sumatra Province. This area is rich in stunning natural scenery, is a strand of the Bukit Barisan mountain walls and hentangan Lake Toba became home to the island, perched Sibandang quite graceful.
To reach this area is not difficult, there are routinely land transportation from Medan, Siantar, Prapat and other cities around it. From Medan reached by 6-7 hours journey by passing Siantar, Prapat and Balige. By hiring a boat on Lake Toba may also be even more fun while around the lake. With the existing air transport of Susi Air Polonia Airport Silangit which is one entrance to Muara Nauli and may soon be followed by Riau Airlines (RAL).
After entering the area Silangit towards Muara Nauli, it would be nice if you stop in Sipinsur and Huta Ginjang. The view from Sipinsur pretty awesome, as well as from Huta Ginjang which in 2008 is a venue for world class sporting event aerospace hang gliding national level.
Muara Nauli, its population is ethnic Batak Toba surnamed Simatupang (Togatorop, Sianturi and Siburian), Siregar and Arita (Simare-mare, King Guk-guk and Ompu Sunggu). These clans who are natives of the area, but according to the times, the other clans of the tribe of Batak already exists there also even from another tribe.
Livelihoods in general population are farmers. We can see the beautiful rice field dike-season planting and harvesting seasons, which is processed local rice fields. Panduduknya quite friendly to newcomers.
Already available at Muara Nauli three-star hotel (Hotel Sentosa) and Hotel Muara Nauli. If you want to surround the Lake Toba around Muara Nauli can hire a speed boat which provided both the hotel. It was fun!.
Another pathway that can be taken is of Dolok Bun down to Bakara (the origin of King Sisinga Mangaraja XII) and continue to Huta Lontung (from Lt. Gen. (P) Sahala Rajaguk-guk/alm), but for those who have never passed this area by bringing the vehicle themselves are encouraged to not pass through this area because of the way a lot of sharp curves and steep, but for those who like a challenge ... this is the place.
If we pass Silangit, along the way we will be treated to beautiful scenery. Particular in those places have been provided shelter while enjoying the natural scenery, but do not forget to bring lunch before because shelter is placed far from the stalls to buy food or soft drinks.
More fun again visited this area during the mango season (mango estuary) is small but very sweet fruit, approximately July and December each year. Horas!
